I didn’t set out to become a speech-language pathologist — a friend pointed me in this direction, and the more I looked into it, the more it fit. I already had a background in voice, education, and English language — and speech pathology drew all of those threads together into one practice.
But the deeper reason is personal. I know what it feels like to navigate the world as an English language learner — the frustration of not being understood, the isolation that comes when communication breaks down, the way it can make you feel smaller than you are.
I never want my clients to feel that way. That’s why I do this work.
As an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist, I deliver high-quality professional services virtually — at your home, your office, or wherever you are. All you need is a steady internet connection and a device, and we can get started.
I work exclusively with adults (18 and older) across Florida, focusing on:
– Voice therapy — including vocal fatigue, hoarseness, and vocal hygiene for professional voice users
– Accent modification — for adults who want to communicate more clearly in professional settings
– Stuttering therapy — evidence-based approaches for adults managing fluency challenges
– Aphasia support — helping adults rebuild communication skills after stroke or brain injury
I hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and the Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association (ASHA) — the gold standard credential in the field. I am licensed
to practice in Florida.
As a classically trained vocalist, I bring a unique perspective to voice
therapy — understanding the demands of professional voice use from both the
clinical and performance sides.
I work with adults who rely on their voice and communication professionally — executives, educators, performers, pastors, and anyone navigating a voice or speech challenge that’s getting in the way of their work or their life.
I only work with clients who are 18 years of age and older.
